At my FLY merch, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an incorrect item, or damaged goods we will exchange the item(s) accordingly. In order to satisfy your return, we require that you return the product to:

At checkout we currently offer flat rate priority shipping. Flat rate shipping from our site is always priority unless otherwise noted. Priority Mail expected delivery is within 3-4 business days of purchase.
Orders generally ship within 48 hours of purchase, we take pride in our processing speed. As a valued customer your order tracking will always be emailed to you within 48 hours of purchase unless your order contains items marked as "PRE-ORDER". Shipping days are Monday-Friday, but at peak times and holidays we also ship Saturdays.
Exchange or Return
Your satisfaction is our top priority. To exchange or return email us via the contact page. We accept returns for exchange or refund up to 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition.” An item can be returned if it does not fit or if you want something different.
In the event of a return:
Items must not show signs of wear, damage or smoke in any way
The tag must still be on the item to qualify for a full refund or exchange
Buyer must contact customer service within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. If a refund is approved the payment will be refunded back to the original card. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
